(A) The city will evaluate annually the need to maintain an official sponsorship of the Lovelace Duke City Marathon.
(B) As part of this sponsorship, the city shall commit necessary funding to the Special Events Division in the Community Cultural Affairs Program (2332000), to include, but not be limited to personnel and operational costs, in return for the commensurate services provided by and benefits received from, the Lovelace Duke City Marathon.
