§ 6-7-10 NAMING THE CHILDREN’S LIBRARY OF THE WEST MESA COMMUNITY CENTER , THE “JOHN ELWELL CHILDREN’S LIBRARY.”

   That the children’s library at the West Mesa Community Center shall be named the “John Elwell Children’s Library” to commemorate his dedication to the citizens of his community and the City of Albuquerque.
