§ 6-7-9 RENAMING THE ALBUQUERQUE CIVIC PLAZA AS THE HARRY E. KINNEY CIVIC PLAZA
   (A)    The Albuquerque Civic Plaza be and hereby is renamed the Mayor Harry E. Kinney Civic Plaza.
   (B)    Through its public arts programs, the city shall commission a statue in commemoration of Harry E. Kinney to be located on the Harry E. Kinney Civic Plaza. This public art installation shall include information concerning the life and contribution of this great citizen of Albuquerque.
