(A) The Albuquerque Parks and Recreation Department shall designate the last two hours out of one day of the week through the period of June 1 to August 15 each year as free admission to swimming pools for school-aged children from ages 5 to 18 years.
(B) Free admission shall be granted to high school and middle school age students only if they can produce a valid school identification card.
(C) When swimming pool capacity is reached, students will not be allowed to enter until such time that the number is below capacity.
(D) Any student not following pool regulations will be asked to leave.
