(A) The city of Albuquerque hereby fully supports and approves the establishment of an International Resource Cities relationship through ICMA with Quetzaltenango, Guatemala and extends an invitation to the government and people of the city of Quetzaltenango to participate with Albuquerque in this worthwhile effort to transfer solutions between these jurisdictions.
(B) These Chief Administrative officer is authorized to act as the official representative of the city of Albuquerque, pursuant to the requirements of the program and that copies of this resolution shall be transmitted to ICMA and USAID and other official parties as appropriate.
