§ 6-1-5 CITY WEBSITE.
   (A)   The Administration is directed to add the information listed below to the City of Albuquerque website. The information shall include, but is not limited to:
      (1)   A list of all current contracts with the City to include vendor name, amount, term, and provided service or product;
      (2)   For all vendors that have a current contract with the City and have employees that made a contribution to a City election campaign within the preceding four years, a list of all current contracts with the City to include vendor name, provided service, contract amount, term, and the following contribution information; contribution amount, employee name, contribution date, and subtotal of the contributions for all employees of that vendor by recipient campaign within the four-year period;
      (3)   A list of all existing IRBs, TIDDs, PIDs to include a project description, amount, and any fiscal or economic impact information submitted to the City with the approved request;
      (4)   A report of all open capital outlay projects, including State Grants, listed by project name/description, dollar amount appropriated, expended, encumbered, and remaining;
      (5)   A list of all City employees and temp service employees who are retired from the City of Albuquerque and drawing a pension from PERA. The list shall include name, annual salary (or hourly rate), and job title;
      (6)   The Quarterly Budget to Actual Expense Report produced by the Office of Management and Budget for all operating funds, including the year-end report;
      (7)   An on-line template for the submission of public records requests. This request template shall generate a receipt to the requestor’s email address as submitted.
   (B)   This information shall be added April 1, 2010, and prominently located on the home page of the City Website.
   (C)   Once the information is published, it shall be updated at least quarterly beginning July 1, 2010 with data through the day prior to update publication.
