(A) The Albuquerque Cultural Plan attached to Resolution No. 27-1995 as Exhibit A shall be recognized and adopted by the city.
(B) A designated local arts agency shall be identified by the city through an RFP process by April 1, 1995 to assist with the execution of the Cultural Plan, ensure funding sources for the ongoing implementation of Cultural Plan action agendas, develop the city's ability to be an arts city, and provide feedback and evaluation on progress on implementing the Cultural Plan action agendas.
(C) The Administration shall prepare a plan for executing the implementation of the Cultural Plan to include appropriate departmental oversight by the CIP Division of the Mayor/CAO Department and an appropriation in the fiscal year 1996 budget.
(D) The Cultural Plan for Albuquerque is consistent with the adopted priority goal identified as “Enhance Cultural Development.”
