(A) The Transit and Parking Department's 1991 Transit Development Program shall be adopted as the city document containing the approved goals and policies for the city mass transit system, Part I being adopted as a revised Rank Two plan, superseding earlier Rank Two transit plans.
(B) The Transit and Parking Department on an annual basis shall issue an annual report that details information regarding the Department's efforts towards the achieving of the goals and objectives outlines in the Transit Development Program, which contains a status report on major transit activities, and contains a report on future activities.
(C) Copies of the Transit and Parking Department's annual report be sent to the City Council, the Environmental Planning Commission, the Transit Advisory Board, and made available to the city's neighborhood associations, and other interested entities and individuals.
