(A) The Mayor shall develop a City Employee Award Program.
(B) A method of selection and eligibility requirements, including appropriate incentives, shall be developed for such a program.
(C) As part of the incentive program, the person selected as award recipient shall be granted certain benefits as determined by the Mayor.
(D) Such persons receiving the award shall be given the appropriate acknowledgement and publicity, both internally and externally, in order to build incentive on the part of other employees.
