(A) The following area is designated as a no cruising area: the following streets and all streets located within the following streets: Copper Ave. NW from 1st Street to 8th Street; 1st Street from Copper Ave. to Silver Ave.; Silver Ave. from First Street to 8th Street, and 8th Street from Silver to Copper Ave.
(B) The following times are designated as no cruising times for the no cruising area designated above: 8:00 o'clock p.m. every Friday until 3:00 o'clock a.m. Saturday; 8:00 o'clock p.m. every Saturday until 3:00 o'clock a.m. Sunday and 8:00 p.m. every Sunday until 3:00 a.m. Monday.
