The City of Albuquerque Public Works Department Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) is hereby adopted as the City of Albuquerque Neighborhood Traffic Management Policy (NTMP). The manual for the NTMP is hereby renamed the Neighborhood Traffic Management Policy (NTMP) Manual and shall serve as the administrative, organizational and enforcement rules and regulations.
