The City of Albuquerque will continue to operate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue between Interstate 25 and University Boulevard as a two-lane roadway, with one travel lane in each direction, and this policy will be communicated by the Public Works Director to the Urban Transportation Planning Policy Board of the Middle Rio Grande Council of Governments so that modifications may be made to the Long Range Major Street Plan and other transportation policy documents, as appropriate.
