§ 3-5-41 NORTH AND SOUTH VALLEYS FLOOD CONTROL PROJECTS.

It is the policy of the city that development and maintenance of flood control projects capable of providing 100-year flood protection in the North Valley and the South Valley shall be recognized as the chief priority of the Capital Implementation Program.
