§ 3-3-9 EMPLOYEES' MEMBER CONTRIBUTIONS.
   (A)   Pursuant to 10-11-5 of the New Mexico State Statutes, the city hereby elects to be responsible for making contributions of 75% of its employees' member contributions in the AFSCME Local 624 Bargaining Unit (Blue Collar Unit). (Res. 131-1988, approved 8-18-88)
   (B)   Pursuant to 10-11-5 of the New Mexico State Statutes, the city hereby elects to be responsible for making contributions of 75% of its employees' member contributions in the Management Series. (Res. 132-1988, approved 8-18-88)
   (C)   Pursuant to 10-11-5 of the New Mexico State Statutes, the city hereby elects to be responsible for making contributions of 75% of its employees' member contributions in the AFSCME Local 1888 Bargaining Unit (J-Series).
   (D)   The city's contributions shall not be deducted from the city's operating reserve. (Res. 197-1988, approved 11-23-88)
   (E)   Pursuant to 10-11-5 of the New Mexico State Statutes, the city hereby elects to be responsible for making contributions of 75% of its employees' member contributions in the AFSCME Local 2962 Bargaining Unit (White Collar Unit). (Res. 125-1989, approved 8-17-89)
