(A) All bills shall be ready for distribution at the Council Office 48 hours after they have been introduced.
(B) Any organization or person may obtain a copy of all bills introduced to the Council by paying an annual fee of $150.
(C) Single copies of bills may be obtained at the rate of $0.10 per page.
(D) Payment of all fees for copies of bills shall be made to the City Treasurer and that Council Services will issue copies of bills upon presentation of a receipt from the City Treasurer;
(E) All funds collected under the provisions of this section are to be deposited in the General Fund of the city.
