(A) The Environmental Health Department shall develop a state-of-the-art online reporting system and place the latest health inspector records of any restaurant establishment within the city limits on the city's website.
(B) The restaurant inspection information shall be presented in an easy to understand format.
(C) The restaurant inspection information shall be organized by zip code and/or other local community areas or zones.
(D) Users shall be able to call up a history of past restaurant inspections at a particular establishment and get a good idea of its reputation for health and sanitation.
