§ 3-1-6 COMPETITIVE BIDDING FOR AIRPORT PARKING LEASE.

(A) The Mayor shall ensure that any renewal of the lease for airport parking or any new lease agreement for this parking shall be executed through a competitive bidding process.

(B) To preserve competitive prices for airport parking, the parking fees to be charged by the operator or the airport parking facility shall be approved by the city.
