The Albuquerque Cable Television Advisory Board is hereby initially charged with the following responsibilities:
(A) Maintaining an informed and educated citizenry regarding the resources of the cable system;
(B) Maintaining an informed and educated city government with regard to cable/community issues;
(C) Maintaining an informed and accountable franchise holder through communications with the citizens and city government;
(D) Conducting forums periodically to help determine needs and uses of local access channels; and
(E) Keeping the franchisee in touch with the community.
