§ 2-10-1 AD HOC PERFORMING ARTS ADVISORY BOARD.

   (A)   The Mayor's Ad Hoc Performing Arts Advisory Board is hereby empowered to begin implementation of the “City Spirit” grant by:

      (1)   Selecting grant personnel;

      (2)   Providing advisory board leadership; and

      (3)   Generally directing the “City Spirit” effort until a permanent Performing Arts Advisory Board is selected or other appropriate action is taken.

   (B)   The Mayor's Ad Hoc Performing Arts Advisory Board shall relinquish all “City Spirit” responsibilities to a permanent Performing Arts Advisory Board, in the event the latter is established by the city during the life of the grant (October 1, 1975 through September 30, 1976).
