(A) The city agrees to participate in the blue ribbon Joint Jail Population Review Task Force initiated by the county of Bernalillo.
(B) At least each three months, starting as soon as possible, the Director of the Corrections Detention Department shall furnish the City Council and the Joint Jail Population Review Task Force with current data on the population of the Joint Corrections Detention Operation. The prisoner breakdowns, with appropriate cross correlations, should include the following:
(1) Felony/misdemeanor/civil/protective custody/holding (state and federal);
(2) Transient;
(3) DWI;
(4) Work release/weekender/regular resident;
(5) Pre-sentence/post-sentence;
(6) Length of confinement;
(7) Gender;
(8) Satellite facility/other;
(9) Arrested under state statute/city ordinance;
(10) Arrest by city officer/sheriff/other;
(11) Length of stay by type of release.
