(A) The Administration shall appoint a committee consisting of representatives from the Public Works Department, Albuquerque Police Department, Office of Community and Neighborhood Coordination, Mayor's Office, Council Staff and three citizens to review and revise the policies of the Neighborhood Traffic Management Program to accommodate neighborhoods with special situations in determining the need for speed humps.
(B) The Committee shall report its findings and recommendations to the City Council within three months of the date of the adoption of this legislation.
