§ 2-5-4 COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM COMMITTEE.
   (A)   The City Council shall immediately enter into an agreement for an external independent audit of the City's Community Residential Program regulations. The audit should be completed within 30 days of the award of the contract to the entity that will perform the audit, and the results of the audit shall be immediately thereafter reported to the Council.
   (B)   A Community Residential Program Committee shall be created to review Community Residential Program applications and to work with the applicants and the neighborhood and facilitate effective and positive communication between the program and the neighborhood.
   (C)   The Committee shall be composed of five members appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council. Two members shall be residents of neighborhoods in which community residential programs exist or were in operation at the time the member was appointed. The Committee shall be governed by the provisions of Sections 2-6-1-1 et seq.
