(A) That the Administration shall create an advisory council to continue the work of the Sexual Assault Task Force to advise the administration and the City Council on ways to reduce adult and child sexual assault in the City of Albuquerque.
(B) That the Mayor appoint, with advice and consent of the Council, a nine member advisory council including representatives from local sexual assault intervention and prevention agencies, criminal justice professionals, advocacy groups and citizens.
