§ 14-5-1-99 PENALTY.

   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 14-5-1-1 et seq. shall be subject to the penalty provisions set forth in § 1-1-99 of this code of ordinances. Each day of violation is considered a separate offense.

§ 14-5-2-1 SHORT TITLE.

   Sections 14-5-2-1 et seq. may be cited as “The Drainage Ordinance” and is referred to elsewhere herein as “§§ 14-5-2-1 et seq.”
