(A) All owners, occupants, lessees, tenants or subtenants of a building or house shall within five days after receipt of notice from the Mayor of the number or numbers designated for such building or house affix the designated number in a place which complies with all the requirements of this article.
(B) All numbers other than those designated by the Mayor shall be removed from any building or house by the owners, occupants, lessees, tenants, or subtenants thereof within five days from the service of the notice designating the appropriate numbers to be placed thereon.
