§ 14-4-2 QUADRANTS.

   The number of all buildings shall be in conformity with the following system:

   (A)   All numbering of buildings and houses shall begin from a base thoroughfare; the north and west sides of the street having the odd number and the south and east sides having the even numbers.

   (B)   The City shall be divided into four quadrants, NE, NW, SE, SW, with the center line Central Avenue dividing north and south and the Santa Fe Railway tracks dividing east and west.
