§ 13-15-18 ENFORCEMENT.

(A) Whenever a person does an act that is prohibited, fails to perform an act that is required, or commits an act that is made an offense by any provision of this article, the violation is punishable as provided by § 1-1-99 ROA 1994.

(B) The remedies provided for in this article are not exclusive and the city may employ any other remedy, including but not limited to injunction.
