(A) Methadone center permits shall not be deemed to constitute endorsement by the city of any methadone center, and no person shall intentionally claim or infer, directly or indirectly, any such endorsement by reason of its permit.
(B) The granting of a methadone center permit does not constitute a waiver of any requirement or provision contained in any ordinance of the city or state or federal law.
