For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MAYOR. The Mayor or his designated representative.
METHADONE CENTER. A place where, as a principal activity, the addictive narcotic drug methadone is administered or dispensed, except it does not include an area on the premises of and operated by a hospital or an establishment operated by the state.
PERSON. An individual, organization, group, association, partnership, corporation or any combination thereof.
SCHOOL. A place where education is offered at some or all levels from kindergarten through grade 12, and most of the school's pupils spend at least three hours per day there.
