"The Methadone Center Ordinance" is adopted pursuant to the authority set forth in Article I of the Charter of the City of Albuquerque, which was originally adopted at a special election on June 29, 1971, pursuant to Article X, Section 6, of the Constitution of the State of New Mexico.
