Any person violating any of the provisions of this article or filing, or causing to be filed, in a license application any false or fraudulent misstatements, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be subject to the general penalty provision of this code set forth in § 1-1-99. This provision is not exclusive and does not prevent the city from seeking civil injunction or other legal remedies as appropriate.
