A professional fund raiser must disclose to each person solicited from at the time of solicitation the total percentage of projected contributions, as per the agreement between the professional fund raiser and the applicable charitable organization, that is anticipated to go to the charitable purpose for which the contributions are sought. This number shall be derived from the difference between the total money contributed and the cost of solicitation.
