§ 13-8-4 REPORTS TO CHIEF OF POLICE.
   (A)   (1)   All private patrol operator licensees shall file a monthly report with the Chief of Police listing:
         (a)   The name and address of clients to which the licensee is providing service;
         (b)   The name, address, and telephone number of each employee; and
         (c)   A description and license number of each vehicle used by the licensee.
      (2)   The reporting period shall be from the first through the last day of the month inclusive. The report shall be filed no later than seven calendar days after the end of the reporting period and shall be signed and dated by the licensee. All such reports shall be confidential except to law enforcement agencies and shall not be revealed to any person without the permission of the Chief of Police. Out of city firms making an investigation defined in § 13-8-1 are required to report in person to the Chief of Police before the investigation is started.
   (B)   A private investigation licensee planning a "stakeout" shall report such plans to the Chief of Police.
