§ 13-7-1-6 POSTING OF MAXIMUM RATES.
   Every person shall post in a clearly legible fashion and in a conspicuous place in each unit the maximum rate at which such unit is rented. Such posting shall also show the maximum amount charged per occupant if the rate varies with the number of occupants.
