No person shall display or cause to be displayed any sign, which sign includes rates or any statement relating to rates unless such sign shall include in letters and figures of the same size and prominence the following additional information:
(A) The number of units in the establishment and the rates charged for each unit; that such number, whether in letters or figures refers to "units";
(B) The rates charged for occupancy, including the rates charged for each person; provided, however, that the number of units in the establishment need not be displayed if the sign indicates in words or figures of the same size and prominence as the rates, that the rates displayed are for all units in the establishment; and
(C) Provided further that where all units are grouped together in a rate range the signs may display the rates in connection with the number of units so grouped, said number of units to be displayed in words and figures of the same size and prominence as the rates displayed.
