The installation, construction, operation and maintenance of the cable system, the regulation of the all franchises by the city, and the conduct of the grantee's business shall comply with all current federal, state and city laws, regulations and ordinances applicable thereto, including those rules and regulations adopted by the Federal Communications Commission and all federal or state laws and regulations. A grantee shall also comply with ordinances lawfully hereafter passed or adopted pursuant to the city's police power.
