In addition to satisfying any obligations that it has under this ordinance or any other applicable law to provide parental control devices, or otherwise block programming on the cable system, where technically feasible, a grantee shall make available procedures for ordering movies or other pay-per-view programming to assist parents in deterring children from ordering programming without parental consent.
