Recovery by the city of any amounts under insurance, the performance bond, the security fund or letter of credit, does not limit a grantee's duty to indemnify the city or relieve a grantee of its franchise obligations, limit the amounts owed to the city, or prevent the city from revoking the franchise or imposing penalties.
