   For the purpose of this ordinance, notice to the City will be to:

   P.O. Box 2248

   Albuquerque, New Mexico 87103

Notice to the Authority will be to:

   Albuquerque Bernalillo Water Utility Authority

   Executive Director

   P. O. Box 1293

   Albuquerque, New Mexico 87103

with a copy to the Authority Counsel.

Notice will be effective upon delivery at the above addresses until the City or Authority notifies the other, in writing, of a change in the address.
