Remedies provided for under this Franchise shall be cumulative and are in addition to all other remedies that may be available at law or equity. Recovery by the City of any amounts under insurance does not limit Grantee's duty to indemnify the City or relieve Grantee of its franchise obligations, limit the amounts owed to the City, or prevent the City from revoking this Franchise or imposing penalties as provided hereby.
