§ 13-4-4-21 VENUE.
   This ordinance shall be construed under and in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, and all obligations of the parties hereunder are performable in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. In the event that any legal proceeding is brought to enforce the terms of this franchise, the same shall be brought in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
