§ 13-4-4-14 WATER AND WASTEWATER SERVICE.
   In accordance with the terms hereof, NMUI shall furnish water and wastewater within NMUI’s service area, as heretofore noted, or any additions thereto, to the city and to the inhabitants thereof, and to any person or persons or corporation doing business in the city or any additions thereto.
