§ 13-4-4-5 TERM, EFFECTIVE DATE, AND EXECUTION.

   (A)   Term. This franchise ordinance, and the rights, privileges and authority granted hereunder, shall continue for a period of ten years from the effective date.

   (B)   Effective date. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication as provided by NMSA 1978, § 3-42-1, or successor statute; provided that NMUI, before or within 60 days shall have approved this franchise.
