The City Council, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 60, Articles 3A, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6C, 7A, 7B and 8A NMSA 1978, the “Liquor Control Act,” and Article X, Section 6 of the Constitution of New Mexico, hereby enacts this article as authorized by the “Liquor Control Act.”
