Within twenty-four hours from the effective date of this article, a probationary sex offender shall notify his current employer that he is a probationary sex offender. At the time a probationary sex offender applies for or receives an offer of employment, the probationary sex offender shall notify the prospective employer that he is a probationary sex offender. All probationary sex offenders shall provide the employer or prospective employer with the current conditions of probation in writing in a form issued or approved by the Department of Probation and Parole or District Court including, if applicable, any conditions of probation that require the probationary sex offender to stay away from children or contain any reference to children.
