§ 11-4-2 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   KNOWN PROSTITUTE. A person who, within one year previous to the date of arrest for violation of this article, has within the knowledge of the arresting officer been convicted of prostitution or of knowingly engaging or offering to engage in the following acts for hire:

      (1)   Sexual intercourse;

      (2)   Fellatio;

      (3)   Cunnilingus;

      (4)   Anal intercourse; or

      (5)   Masturbation of another.

   PUBLIC PLACE. Any area which is generally visible to public view, including streets, sidewalks, bridges, alleys, plazas, parks, driveways, parking lots, automobiles, yards, porches, doorways, windows, and the interior of buildings open to the public.
