A person who operates or causes to be operated an adult establishment which contains on the premises one or more viewing booths shall comply with the following requirements:
(A) Viewing booths shall be in the interior of the premises.
(B) No more than one patron shall be allowed to occupy a viewing booth at a time.
(C) Restrooms shall not contain photographic film viewing equipment or video reproduction or viewing equipment.
(D) The premises shall be kept clean and sanitary so that there will not be a potential health problem.
