For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ADULT ENTERTAINMENT ESTABLISHMENT. An establishment that meets the definition provided by § 14-16-7-1 of the Integrated Development Ordinance.
PATRON. A person other than a principle, operator, agent, or employee of the adult amusement establishment who does or may purchase goods or services from the adult amusement establishment.
PERSON. An individual, proprietorship, partner-ship, corporation, association or other legal entity.
PREMISES. That part of a building controlled by the adult amusement establishment; it includes land outside such building area only if an outside area is used as a site for conduct of the adult amusement establishment's display, viewing or sales.
VIEWING BOOTH. A viewing room or defined space of less than 150 square feet of floor space in which a film, video cassette or other video reproduction which depicts specified sexual activities or specified anatomical areas is shown.
