§ 11-2-2 INTENT.
   This article is intended to promote the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of Albuquerque. In particular, it is intended to minimize the use of viewing booths in adult amusement establishments for unlawful sexual activities and sexual liaisons of a casual nature which pose health risks.
