Permits under this article shall not be deemed to constitute endorsement by the city of any public dance for which a permit has been issued, and no person shall intentionally claim or infer, directly or indirectly, any such endorsement by reason of its permit. This permit does not constitute a waiver of any requirement or provision contained in any provision of this code or any other ordinance of the city or state or federal law.
